Diligent provides paid holidays matching the current 10 Federally recognized holidays. Employees are encouraged to enjoy their federal holidays and rest and refresh themselves.
Health Care Benefits
Diligent pays 90% of employee health premium cost, and 40% of spouse, children, or family health premium cost. Coverage is effective on the 1st day of the following month after employment start date. Diligent offers optional dental and/or vision care as well as prescription coverage and mail order prescription services.
Employees are eligible to join the 401(k) Plan upon hire. The 401(k) plan allows employees to set aside pre-taxed dollars for retirement. Diligent’s 401(k) plan is a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan which provides up to 4% employer match in accordance with plan guidelines.
Tuition and Certification Assistance Program
Diligent highly values continuing education and certification and provides a generous tuition assistance program so that employees are able to enhance their skills and knowledge and earn and retain appropriate certifications.
Paid Time Off
In addition to the Paid Holidays, Diligent provides PTO to support employees needs for time away from work. Every employee gets PTO and is encouraged to use it for their time off needs.
Diligent contributes a $50,000 Life Insurance policy for employees. Diligent also pays for Short Term Disability (STD). Short Term Disability (STD) pays out 60% of your salary to a maximum of $1,500 per week. Benefit begins on the 8th day out and is payable up to 25 weeks. Optional Long-Term Disability (LTD) is offered upon hire.
Employees are awarded bonuses when they refer a candidate and that candidate is hired and is with the company after 90 days.
